RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hearthvale Living. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS

We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at srnsipgdr@hotmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at srnsipgdr@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video of the product
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Digital or downloadable products
• Opened personal-care or hygiene products
• Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable
• Items damaged through misuse, alteration, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or accidental purchase.

If the return is caused by our error, or the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or card.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible at srnsipgdr@hotmail.com if you need to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with:

• Members of your household
• Neighbors
• Building management
• The shipping carrier
