This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing and delivery practices.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States public holidays.

Processing may take longer because of:

• High order volume
• Payment review
• Address verification
• Product availability
• Personalized or custom products
• Supplier or fulfillment delays

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

United States standard shipping:

5–12 business days after processing.

International shipping, when available:

7–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping subject to the conditions shown on the website.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order ships.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed because of:

• Carrier disruptions
• Customs processing
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Labor interruptions
• Security inspections
• Events outside our reasonable control

If we cannot ship within the stated or agreed timeframe, we may contact the customer with available options, including:

• Accepting a revised delivery date
• Cancelling the unshipped order
• Receiving a refund for the cancelled portion

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When international shipping is available, customers may be responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Local handling charges
• Other destination-country fees

These charges are not included unless stated at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Contact us promptly at srnsipgdr@hotmail.com if a package appears lost or arrives damaged.

For damaged shipments, please retain:

• The product
• The original packaging
• The shipping label
• Photographs or video showing the damage
